Meet the Therapist Who Helps You Feel Like Yourself Again

SERVING CLIENTS ONLINE ACROSS CALIFORNIA

A calm, collaborative approach to healing anxiety, trauma, and relationship struggles

Sound familiar?

You've achieved success by following the rules and setting high standards for yourself. But now your rules and standards are hurting more than they are helping. More often than not, you find yourself wondering how everyone else seems to have figured life out while you are feeling stressed out, inadequate, and alone with your struggles.

Don't you wish you had the tools to change that?

You’ve come to the right place!

Hey! I'm Caroline, a Brainspotting, anxiety and trauma therapist for teens, adults, and relationships; who helps folks like you:

Motivated, high-achieving people who are tired of being caught up in worry cycles; comparing the endless "what ifs" that precede every decision and beating themselves up over the "should haves" that follow every tiny mistake. They've had enough and they're ready to do something about it. Once and for all!

Clients work with me because they are ready to finally feel better, to feel confident in their own inner wisdom that they tuned out long ago. I have years of experience helping adolescents and adults improve self-confidence, develop healthy boundaries and communication skills, and finally walk into the light of a more empowered life. This is possible for you too.

Clients who find success working with me...

  • Are motivated and curious to better understand themselves and their history

  • Desire more joy, ease, and security in their relationships

  • Embrace the idea that getting to the root of their problems can take patience and may be uncomfortable at times

  • Want to reflect on the story they and others have told them about who they are to determine whether it still fits or could use some revision

My practice is...

  • My practice is inclusive to folks from all walks of life. All races, orientations, gender identities, religions, professions, body sizes, and approaches to relationships are welcome and celebrated here. I invite LGBTQIA2-S people to my practice and offer an environment of affirmation and empathy for the unique stressors that affect those who hold marginalized identities.

  • I believe you know far more than I ever could about your own life and what you need to heal. I will help you find your path forward.

  • I have the training to ensure safety in sessions and know how to work with trauma without causing additional harm.

  • Let’s re-discover and celebrate all the unique gifts you have and use them to chart the path to healing.

  • I acknowledge and address the systems of power and oppression that have a corrosive effect on all of us. I will address how these systems affect your life and how they may come into play in sessions with me.
