  • With online therapy, can can meet from anywhere in CA that you have privacy and an internet connection. Sessions are conducted via a secure video platform. I will sent you everything you need to join prior to your first session.

    Individuals: 50 minute session - $210

    70 minute session - $294

    Relationships: 50 minute session - $250

  • During our first few sessions, we'll get to know each other, make sure we're a good fit, and decide on some goals for working together. After that, I check in regularly to make sure we're working on issues that are important to you in ways that feel productive and safe. Questions and feedback are always welcome.

  • Well, that’s mostly up to you to be honest.  I believe that you know what’s best for you and I’m here to support you in finding it.  Everyone is different and their time in therapy can differ for a variety of reasons.  Most of my clients meet with me for at least a year. Intensives are a great option if you want to shorten the amount of time in therapy.

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.   • I am an out-of-network provider and can provide what is called a superbill that you submit to your insurance provider to request out-of-network coverage.  Please check with your provider to find out whether this is available to you.

  • In order to do the best work together, we meet on a weekly basis. I do not take on new clients at a frequency of less than weekly. If want to do deep focused work or a weekly commitment is not possible, an intensive may be a better fit for you.
